What’s included in the Rookie Rally package? 
Rookie Rally is your entry-level ticket to the action! You’ll get general grandstand access at the stadium, circuit, or court, plus a comfy 3-star hotel stay. It’s our most budget-friendly way to experience live sport, with the option to add upgrades like premium seating, hospitality, or exciting extras. 

How is the Fan Frenzy Pass different from the Rookie Rally? 
The Fan Frenzy Pass is a step up. You’ll stay in a 4-star hotel and enjoy upgraded seating or enhanced hospitality at your event. Transfers to and from the venue on match or race days are often included too. Think of it as going from “supporter” to “superfan.” 

What makes the All-Star Adventure package so special? 
The All-Star Adventure is the VIP league. We’re talking 5-star luxury accommodation, top-tier hospitality, and the best seats in the house. You’ll enjoy unrivalled views plus premium service and hosting – basically, the ultimate fan experience. 

Can I customise my package? 
Absolutely! Whether you want to upgrade your hotel, get better tickets, or add on one of our exclusive extras, we’ll help you build the perfect game plan for your trip. 

Are transfers included in the packages? 
Transfers aren’t standard in every package, but with the Fan Frenzy Pass and All-Star Adventure, they’re often part of the deal – especially on match or race days. If they’re not, you can always add them on.

Rookie Rally is ideal if you’re dipping your toes into the live sport scene without breaking the bank. It’s affordable, exciting, and gives you the chance to upgrade when you’re ready.

Booking and Payment

How do I book with Edusport? 
You can fill out an enquiry form on our website or email us at enquiries@edusport.co.za. A dedicated travel consultant will guide you through the entire booking process. 

What payment options do you offer? 
Most packages require full payment upfront. For trips scheduled further in advance, staggered payments may be arranged – your consultant will provide all payment details when quoting.

Can I customise my sports travel package? 
Absolutely! We understand everyone’s needs are unique, and we’re happy to tailor packages to suit your preferences.

How far in advance should I book my trip? 
The sooner, the better for more options. We recommend booking no later than 8 weeks before departure.

Edusport’s Policies

Can I purchase event tickets without a full package? 
Edusport specialises in travel services paired with event tickets. We do not sell tickets on their own.

What support will I have during my trip? 
We provide 24/7 assistance to ensure a seamless travel experience.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy? 
Each package has specific terms, shared at the time of booking.

When will I receive my travel documents? 
Once everything is confirmed, you’ll get a detailed confirmation. Final travel documents and tickets are delivered 5-2 days before the event.

Are there discounts for children or pensioners on event tickets? 
Event tickets are charged at full price, with no special rates for children or pensioners.

Do I need travel insurance, and can Edusport help? 
Yes, travel insurance is essential, and we can help arrange it.

Are flights part of the package? 
Flights are optional extras and can be added upon request.

What if an event gets cancelled? 
Event tickets are typically transferred to the new dates, but travel services may carry cancellation penalties. This is outlined in our terms and conditions.

Can you assist with visas for international travel? 
While we don’t handle visas directly, we can recommend trusted visa agents.

Are group discounts available for team bookings? 
Many group bookings qualify for discounts – ask us when making your enquiry.

Event Information

When will FIFA 2026 packages be available? 
Packages are expected to be released 18–12 months before the event.

When will RWC 2027 packages be available? 
RWC 2027 ticket and travel packages will be released approximately 18 months before the event.

When will CWC 2027 packages be available? 
CWC 2027 ticket and travel packages will be available around 18 months before the event.

What ticket categories are available for Grand Prix events? 
Our standard package includes General Admission tickets (seating or standing options vary by event). Upgrades to Grandstand seating, pit lane access, or hospitality packages are available – pricing depends on your selection.
