MotoGP Britain Tickets & Packages 2024

04 August 2024

The sleepy county of Northamptonshire is the setting for Britain’s exciting 2024 MotoGP race, where the tiny hamlet of Silverstone sees frantic activity over the Grand Prix weekend.

This Grand Prix event was the very first to be held on the British mainland in 1977, as all prior events had been hosted by the Isle of Man TT circuit. Silverstone has over 60 years of racing history and has seen some incredible racing over the last few decades.

In 2010 the circuit was completely revamped; it is now one of the fastest tracks on the Championship calendar, and at 5.9 kilometres it is also one of the longest. The track also has eight left and ten right corners, with the longest straight measuring at 770 metres, quite a bit shorter than some of the European circuits. Dani Pedrosa currently holds the track record of 2’01.941 which he set at the 2013 event.

British MotoGP tickets are highly sought after as it is a very popular event on the motorcycle racing circuit. While Silverstone is a sleepy little town, there is plenty to do and see in this scenic area of England, and at just a train ride away from London, you can explore the capital to your heart’s content. Enquire now and one of our dedicated consultants will be in touch to discuss your travel arrangements, as well as how you can upgrade your package to include flights, transfers and VIP treatment and access.

Famous Silverstone circuit has 60 years of racing history, but the tiny little hamlet itself has its own attractions. Make sure to wander through the grounds of Rockingham Castle or visit the Northampton & Lamport Railway.
