1. Introduction
1.1. This privacy policy describes the manner in which Edusport Travel (Pty) Ltd collects, gathers, stores and uses the personal information of Users.
1.2. Personal information is information about the User that is personally identifiable like the user’s name, surname, email address, and/or postal address and that is not otherwise publicly available.
1.3. This privacy policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of use of the Edusport Website.

2.1. Edusport will not collect any of the User’s personal information unlessa User personally contacts Edusport by making use of the prescribed form.
2.2. Users who complete the prescribed form and indicate that they wish to receive Edusport’s newsletter will periodically receive newsletters via e-mail.
2.3. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that he/she:
2.3.1. provides Edusport with an accurate and valid e-mail address and other contact details; and
2.3.2.informs Edusport of any changes to the information contemplated in clause 2.3.1 above.

3.1. Children under the age of 13 years must have a parent/guardian’s written consent before providing any personal information to Edusport.
3.2. Edusport will not require or request children under the age of 13 years to provide any personal information to it.
3.3. If Edusport determines upon collection that a User is under this age, Edusport will not use or maintain his/her personal information.

The Edusport Website does not make use of any form of cookies.

5.1. Edusport does not rent, sell, or share personal information about its Users with other people or non-affiliated companies.
5.2. Edusport will not disclose any personal information to any third parties, without obtaining the necessary prior consent from the User.
6. The User’s ability to amend and/or delete his/her information
6.1. The User may edit their Edusport personal information at any time provided this information remains accurate in accordance with Edusport’s Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Users will be provided with access to their personal information to amend or delete such information, upon sending a request to info@edusport.co.za.

Edusport has placed physical, technological and procedural security safeguards in place that comply with best practices to protect personal information about Users.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Edusport may update this privacy policy. Edusport will notify Users about significant changes in the way Edusport treats personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified by the User.
